My family was in the market for a wake boat for the better part of this past summer. Over this course of time we went on multiple test rides with people from Nisswa. We primarily dealt with Jeremy and Kevin. Both of them gave us their cell phone numbers so we could text them questions whenever. I'm sure there's nothing like getting texts from multiple family members at any time! They were always prompt and professional when getting back to us. We took our time finding the boat that was perfect for our needs, they never made use feel pressured or like we were inconveniencing them. They really wanted us to buy a boat that was the best for us. They understood and respected our opinions. We found a Supra that was perfect for us, the transaction went super smooth and we even got the boat in the water this year! Cant wait for next summer! To vouch for their post-purchase support, the second day after buying it we were on the water and user error left us to being dead in the water. I texted Kevin at 10AM on a Sunday, within a minute he called me up and helped me trouble shoot the issue so we could go back to having fun, that level of support sums up our experience with them - top notch! Just wanted to review our experience with Nisswa Marine. We purchased a new Supra surf boat there 4 years ago and in that time both Kevin Anderson and Jeremy have been awesome to work with. We were always amazed how if we had a question or a concern, even on a holiday weekend, how quickly they would respond. Service department and Leah were also very easy to deal with. Would highly recommend Nisswa Marine for all your boating needs.

I HIGHLY recommend Nisswa Marine for purchasing your next boat! Todd who was my salesman was very responsive to all the questions I had asked and was extremely polite with everything! He even went out of his way to get a few things done on the used boat I purchase and tossed in extras in the boat that I didn’t even expect to be in there! First class service! Also Leah who deals with the financing was amazing to deal with too! Also answered any question I had fairly quick over the course of the time it took from finding the boat to delivery! Very pleased with everyone there! I was very please with the pictures Todd would send me as things went along!
